USA, a solar market with very strong growth
Mage Solar, part of the globally operating Mage Group, will be exhibiting at the Intersolar North America in San Francisco, California from July 13 - 15, 2010. Mage Solar will be presenting its comprehensive portfolio of products and services at stand 7435, west hall, level 1. In an area of approximately 90 square meters the specialist for complete solar solutions will be providing information on how high-grade Mage Powertec modules, intelligent Mage Safetec mounting systems and high-performance brand inverters can be combined effectively. With its participation at the Intersolar North America, Mage Solar is underpinning its commitment to the relatively new US-American photovoltaic market. It was only in May that the company announced it is investing about 30 million US dollars over the next five years in setting up its new North American headquarters. The company chose Dublin, Georgia where, in addition to office space and a Mage Powertec module production site, an academy for the exchange of solar knowledge is being built across 18,500 square meters. "We see the USA as a solar market with very strong growth – a good prerequisite for establishing our yield-optimized solar solutions over the long term," said Norbert Philipp, CEO of Mage Solar. "Intersolar offers us the chance to further develop our network in America and to convince customers of our aligned system components and our expertise." Intersolar North America will be opening its doors for the third time to estimated 20,000 visitors who will be able to learn about products and services from around 700 solar industry exhibitors across circa 12,000 square meters.
